The term “you” and “your” refers to any individual, customer, client using or services.
The term “customer” refers to an individual(s) placing an order on our website or using our services.
The term “contract” within the Terms & Conditions refers to our aim to fulfil our promise to you from any transaction or services we offer to you.

The term “restaurant” refers to our facility in which your order is placed in exchange for your order as per the contract.
The term “order(s)” refers to the purchased products you selected for submission.
The term “product(s)” refers to item(s) you are purchasing or purchased.

By placing an order, using any of our services or websites, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all products from our services via our restaurant and will form the basis of the contract between you and us

You are to ensure that any information provided is accurate and true at all times.
Before placing any order, ensure that you have fully checked your order for any allergies or intolerances that may be of any harm or ill-health to you or anyone within your party. Any further clarifications on menus products and their contents, you should speak directly with us to confirm whether or not the product is suitable.
By placing an order using our website or services, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over.
Some products, such as alcohol, will have age restrictions. By placing an order with any age restricted products, you accept that you or the individuals intended to consume the products, are over the age of restriction. Proof of age will be required from the customer to us to ascertain the suitability is delivered or collected.
If an order has any age restricted products and you cannot provide suitable identification proving you are over the age required, or it is believed that age restricted products are ordered for somebody else under the required age, your order, collection or delivery can be withheld by us.
We have the right to refuse your order, if you appear to be under the influence of any substances, such as alcohol or drugs etc.
Should you place an order via a website or services, our services will guide you through the process. Before submitting an order with us, you should carefully check your order before submitting it. You will be responsible for the orders placed.
Once you have selected the products you wish to order from us and you have provided the necessary information prompted, you will be given the opportunity to confirm your order. At this point, please ensure you have checked the selected the desired and suitable products and their logistics. After checking the order, click confirm (or similar button) to complete the transaction.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation that your order is being processed. Any confirmation received confirms the contract that you have for the sale of products with us, however this does not mean that your order will be fulfilled by us. We endeavour to accept all orders. We have the right to cancel any orders. In the unlikely event of any cancelled orders by us we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably practicable with a resolve by the way of adjusted orders or refunds, full or partial.
We endeavour to get all orders to you from the time slot communicated. However, often due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e adverse weather conditions, peak timings etc.) we cannot guarantee that your order will be inline with your allocated time slot. We take zero liability in such events.
By selecting that you require your order delivered, you are confirming that you will present at the time of delivery at the given address. If you are not present at the time of delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you in order to determine where to leave your order. If you are not contactable, we may leave the order at a reasonable location at the delivery address at their discretion or take the order back to the restaurant.
Should you wish to cancel your order after the order has been placed, you will be unable to do so and you will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that you wish to make any amendments to your order after the order has been placed, you will be unable to do so via our website and services. We do encourage that you speak with us directly as we will try to accommodate and adjust your requirements. However, this may not always be possible.
We take full responsibility for the quality of the products and service. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied or the order is incorrect, whilst being correct on the initial order, you should contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as reasonably practicable.
Pricing and Payments
Where any payments have not been authorised, your order will not be processed or communicated with us.
We reserve the right to set our prices and make any amendments to our menus without consent.
All prices are quoted on our website and services and include VAT. Prices may exclude delivery, administration or service charges all set by us. These prices will be added to the total price of your order where applicable.
In the unlikely event that a product or service is incorrectly priced or missed on our website or services, we reserve the right to contact you regarding any differences in additional payments to be made before we accept your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. We are under no obligation to provide you with an incorrectly priced product(s).
Upon placing an order, you will be prompted to select your payment option, such as credit or debit card or cash to us upon collection or delivery. One of these must be selected to complete an order.
Should you pay by credit or debit card, we may ask you to provide the card in which the payment was made upon collection or delivery as proof of identification. That way we can confirm that the payment card corresponds with the order data. Refusal or failure to provide the correct card details may result in your order being withheld by us and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Card processing times differ therefore, please allow up to 60 days for any transaction to be reflected in your bank account.
Due to banking procedures, after you submit an order with a credit or debit card and your payment has been authorised, your bank will hold your full amount of funds for the order. If your order is then rejected or cancelled for any other reason, your bank or card holder will not transfer the funds for the order to us or the restaurant but instead release the funds back into your available balance. Please note this may take between 3 and 5 working days, or longer. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that we nor the restaurant are responsible or liable to you for this delay.
We will issue voucher codes to our customers by way of emails. Such codes and their values and offers are all set by us.
We reserve the right to reject any / all codes prior to us accepting your order.
In order to redeem a voucher code, simply type the code into the box when prompted before submission of your order. In the unlikely event that your code does not work, contact us and we will aim to rectify or understand the issue.
At Wood Shed Pizza we take customer care very seriously. We will assist you where possible in order to give you the best experience with us. Any queries or feedback can be sent to us via our contact information.
If you have any problems with your order, you are encouraged to speak directly with us in order to resolve any matters as quickly as reasonably practicable.
All customer feedback is welcome, good or bad. Please consider leaving a relevant review on our website or contact us directly. Any feedback will be taken seriously and we will look to rectify as required or express our gratitude towards you. We ask if reviews are accurate, polite, and fair and to reflect your actual experience. You may be asked to provide evidence in the unfortunate event of any dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to review, add or remove reviews at our discretion.

We aim to make our website live at all times. However we reserve the right to remove, suspend or amend the website at our discretion during which period, we will not be liable to you.
Any information transmitted via the internet is completely secure. Although we will take necessary action to ensure the security of your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted. Therefore you will be responsible for your internet security and transmission of data.
Our website is open to everyone to browse without making an order. To purchase from our website and services, you will need to register to complete an order.
By accessing any part of the website or services, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions set out. You are encouraged to read these carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should leave our website and services immediately, however you will not be able to make a purchase.

All product images displayed on our website or services are either provided by us by way of a pre-prepared product produced by the restaurant or a stock image intended to represent the related product. We take no responsibility should the product differ in appearance for the images provided.
We request that you do not download, print, modify, share etc. any extracts from our website or services for your own use.
You must not misuse our website or services, included but not limited to hacking of our website.
Any third-party website links are there for your convenience. However, we do not have any control over third-party websites. If you wish to leave our website or services you are doing so at your own risk.
You acknowledge that we fully cooperate with all relevant authorities in their requests for information. Therefore we will disclose required information as fit to authorities.
